The complete route
A full campervan electrical system, designed around your layout, built and tested by our NCC-trained team, and shipped ready to install. Pick the example system that matches how you travel — or design your own in the System Builder — then choose your layout and order directly.

Each system is available in two build formats at the same specification — as a pre-wired power board (mounted, wired and labelled, ready to connect) or as a core install kit (the same components, packaged for your own installation). Layout options cover small and large vans; full specification, pricing and layout choices are on each product listing.

View the Off-Grid AdventureOur biggest systems: full off-grid capability including mains-quality 240V power where the specification calls for it, built around our pre-wired boards with Victron Multiplus and lithium batteries. It is the right choice when your plans genuinely need it — not simply the biggest option on the list.

Choose your layoutAll four systems get the same complete service: we work from your van layout, calculate the loads, cable lengths and voltage drop for the actual route, then cut, terminate and label every cable. The fuse and cable sizes are matched to the loads they carry, with sensible headroom — sized right, not just bigger. You get a system designed around your van, not a box of generic parts.
Your system is assembled and checked by our NCC-trained team before it leaves us, then backed by a one-year warranty on our boards and the manufacturers' component warranties (five years on the Victron Orion XS). If anything needs clarifying, you talk to the people who built it.
Pick your system, choose your layout and build format, and order directly — no consultation necessary. Consultations are always welcome if you want clarity, confidence or a custom layout. We then design, build and ship your system in approximately five working days.
You need an inverter when you want to run mains-powered 240V appliances away from hook-up — an air fryer, induction hob, hair dryer or power tools. If your van runs on 12V alone (lights, fridge, USB, diesel heating), you don't need one.
The honest answer: your charger size follows your trip profile and battery, not the other way round. If you drive most days, a smaller charger keeps up easily; if you park up for days at a time, solar and battery size matter more than the charger. Every charger in a system is matched to the battery's charge limits and your alternator's headroom — and bigger is not automatically better.
Enough to replace what you actually use between drives, sized for the seasons you travel in and the roof space you have. Our example systems pair solar with battery capacity and charging so the whole system balances; if you want to see the maths for your own trips, the System Builder models it for you.
A basic hand-tool kit covers most of an install: crimping, a drill, a multimeter for checking your work and patience for routing cable neatly. The systems arrive designed, labelled and terminated for your layout, so you are connecting and mounting rather than engineering.
Yes. Cables are cut to the calculated lengths for your layout, terminated and labelled, so you know exactly where each run goes. The power board format arrives pre-mounted and pre-wired; the install kit format gives you the same cablework packaged for your own installation.
We calculate them for you. Every cable in your system is sized from the load it carries and the route it actually takes through your van — the voltage-drop maths is done on our side and reflected in the cable sizes we send. If your layout is unusual, that's exactly what the custom-layout route is for.
Pick your example system and layout, or design your own — then order directly and we'll build it in about five working days.
