Made for the route the cable actually takes

Most Rayne Automotive cable kits start with your van type and leisure-battery position, or a layout option shown in the product images. We consider the loads and cable runs, calculate voltage drop, choose suitable cable sizes, then cut, strip, terminate and label the cables for that specified layout. It is more useful to tell us where the equipment will sit than to choose a cable size from the van model alone.

The 30m and 50m loose cable kits are the exception if you'd rather prepare the cable yourself. Individual listings should tell you exactly what's in the pack and what choices are available; a loom on its own is not a complete electrical system.

For a new charging setup, choose the charger or power board first, then its matched cable kit. Bundles are the straightforward route. This collection also serves customers who already know which cablework they need.

How do you work out the cable lengths?

For most prepared kits, select the available van and battery-location options or use the layout map on the product listing. Rayne Automotive then works from the specified route and loads to determine lengths and suitable cable sizes. If your actual installation differs from the choices shown, speak to us rather than guessing from a van badge.

Can I buy the cable without a complete electrical system?

Yes. This collection is for cable kits and looms in their own right, while equipment and full electrical systems remain separate shopping routes. Check each listing for exactly what is included.
