Monitors battery health and state of charge with extreme precision to protect your battery bank from unexpected power loss and deep discharge damage. This Victron BMV-712 system uses a 500A shunt to track exact voltage, current draw, and ampere-hours consumed on a backlit flush-mount display. Built-in Bluetooth streams live metrics to your smartphone, whilst an auxiliary input monitors starter battery voltage or temperature. If you want complete visual and bluetooth oversight of your leisure battery (which doesn’t have bluetooth) this is the ideal choice. If your battery has bluetooth, the main benefit to this is an added screen in the van.
