The Blue Smart charger is a proper battery charger, not a transformer with a plug on it. It monitors your battery's response to charging and adjusts constantly — the difference between a battery that lasts a decade and one that sulfates in two years. Bluetooth means you can watch it work from your phone.

This is the complete package: inlet, consumer unit, sockets, and charger, all matched and pre-wired. For AGM and gel batteries, 10A recovers a typical bank overnight on a campsite hook-up.

❓ FAQ

Is 10A enough for my battery?

For AGM banks up to ~150Ah, 10A is a healthy overnight charge rate. For larger banks or lithium (which absorbs much higher current), choose the 20A or 30A versions of this kit.

Can this charge lithium batteries?

Yes — the IP65 10A supports lithium charge profiles alongside AGM and gel. For larger lithium banks, the 20A or 30A kits charge faster.

What's the difference between IP65 and IP22?

IP65 is splash-proof and dust-tight — it can live anywhere in the van. IP22 is drip-proof — it needs to be mounted in a protected location. The IP65 gives you more mounting flexibility; the IP22 chargers offer higher amperage options.

Do I still need solar with this?

Hook-up charging only works when you're plugged in. If you camp off-grid, add a solar kit or split charge kit. If you only use campsites, mains charging alone can be enough.
