Everything the 12V side of your conversion needs, in one kit and in unmounted form. You mount and connect the components — charger, fuse box, battery cables — up to the fuse box, with every cable pre-cut and professionally crimped for your exact van.

From the fuse box onward, the included van layout wiring loom completes the runs for you: loads defined, voltage drop calculated, cable selected, pre-terminated, colour coded, labelled, laid out for your van's specific furniture plan. Pick your DC-DC charger — Orion Smart 18A or 30A, or the XS 50A / XS 70A for bigger lithium banks — and your layout from the 10 van-specific options.

What's the difference between this and the Power Board version?

Same electrical spec, different format. The Power Board version arrives as pre-wired, tested panels — the fastest, tidiest install. The install kit features pre-cut, professionally crimped cables for the split charge and fuse box — a self-mounted, connected install up to the fuse box. From the fuse box onward you self-wire unless you add the van layout wiring loom — more freedom, slightly less precision.

Which charger should I pick?

Match the charger to your leisure battery: 18A suits small AGM systems, 30A covers most mid-size builds, and the XS 50A / XS 70A recover bigger lithium banks fastest. All four charge lithium and AGM.

What if my layout doesn't match?
