Consolidates your campervan's 12V DC charging, distribution, and protection onto a single pre-wired, UK-assembled panel. Each variant centres around a genuine Victron DC-DC charger to deliver regulated alternator charging whilst driving, with pre-torqued busbars, terminal blocks, and main fusing ready to connect.
Fast plug-and-play connectors throughout — 175A Anderson connector with 1M supplied leisure battery cable, 2x 12-pin connectors for direct wiring loom plug-in, and interconnecting plugs for mains and solar chargers. The 2-layer construction uses a CNC-machined phenolic plywood mounting plate on the back with standoffs holding the electrical front board, keeping all high-current connections clean and organised.
18A and 30A variants include 1.0M 16mm² battery cable with 100A T-class fuse; XS 50A and XS 70A include 1.0M 35mm² cable with 150A T-class fuse. Available in five charger capacities from 18A for basic AGM through to 70A for heavy-duty lithium. If you want a professional, mistake-free 12V installation without wiring individual components, this is the ideal choice.

🤔 Which One Do I Need?
18A — Budget option for small vans with AGM batteries and basic loads (lights, USB, fridge). Charges at 18A — roughly 18Ah per hour of driving.
30A — The sweet spot for most campervans. Charges at 30A, compatible with lithium and AGM. Handles typical off-grid loads comfortably.
30A HD — Same 30A charging but with 120A max board throughput instead of 80A. Choose this if you're running high-draw 12V appliances alongside your split charge.
XS 50A — Maximum practical charging speed for most vans. 98.5% efficiency, minimal heat, fastest lithium recovery. Choose this for large lithium banks or short driving times.
XS 70A — For heavy-duty lithium systems with large battery banks (300Ah+) and vehicles with high-output alternators. 70A charging recovers up to 70Ah per hour of driving.

❓ FAQ
What's the difference between 30A and 30A HD?
Same 30A charger, but the HD version has 120A max board throughput instead of 80A. Choose HD if you're running high-current solar alongside your split charging. Note: inverters do NOT route through the 12V power board — they connect directly to the leisure battery via their own dedicated fusing.
Can I upgrade the charger later?
The charger is pre-mounted and wired to the board's busbar specifications. We don't recommend swapping chargers on an assembled board — choose the right variant from the start, or contact us for a custom build.
Does the inverter run through the 12V power board?
No. Inverters connect directly to the leisure battery via their own dedicated DC cables and fusing — they do not route through the 12V power board. The power board handles DC charging and 12V distribution only. The mains power board (with inverter/charger) connects to the 12V board via interconnecting plugs for charging when on hook-up, but the inverter load path is always battery-direct.
