Suitable for use in 12V (ELV) applications only. Not suitable for mains voltage.

When selecting the cabling required for running an appliance or lighting, you should use a voltage drop calculator to make sure the voltage drop is less than 0.8V.

As a rule of thumb we tend to use 1.5mm for USB ports up to 5M in length, and 1.0mm for 4 x LEDs up to 13M in length.
