Gives your campervan proper 240V power from your leisure battery — silently, cleanly, and automatically. The MultiPlus 500Va runs lights, a laptop charger, a small TV, and similar light loads without a generator or a campsite. When you plug into shore power, it becomes your battery charger instead.
The changeover is the clever part. When shore power is present, the MultiPlus charges your battery and passes mains through to your sockets. When you unplug, it switches to inverting from your battery — instantly and silently. You never think about which power source you're on.

❓ FAQ
What can 500VA run?
Lights, laptop chargers, phone chargers, a small TV, a DAB radio — anything up to ~400W total. It won't run a kettle, hairdryer, or microwave. For those you need the 1200Va or larger kits.
Why not just buy a cheap inverter?
Cheap inverters produce modified sine wave that can destroy laptop chargers and other electronics. They also have no charger function, no changeover, and no proper protection. The MultiPlus is the real thing — clean power, built-in charging, automatic changeover.
Does it charge my battery when driving?
No — the MultiPlus charges from shore power (hook-up). For charging from your alternator whilst driving, add a split charge kit or power board.
Can I add more power later?
You'd swap to a bigger MultiPlus rather than stacking inverters. If you're on the fence between 500 and 800VA, think about what you'll actually run — the 800Va covers induction hobs on low and small microwaves.
