The essential 12V charging and distribution components for builders who run their own wiring. You get the DC-DC charger (18A, 30A, or XS 50A), the van-specific battery cable kit, and the fuse box — but no living-area loom, because you're wiring your own circuits your way.

This is the component set for custom layouts, unusual vans, and installs where our standard loom doesn't fit the plan. The charger and cable kit are the same matched components as our full install kits — just without the pre-made loom.

  • 16mm² (18A/30A, and XS under 5m) or 25mm² (XS over 5m) battery cable, pre-cut for your van model and battery location. Professionally crimped, inline fuses fitted.

Why no loom?

Some builders wire their own circuits — custom layouts, unusual vans, or simply preference. This kit respects that by supplying the core components and leaving the circuit wiring to you.

What's the difference from the full Install Kits?

The full kits include the pre-made 12V wiring loom connecting the fuse box to living-area loads. This kit stops at the fuse box — you wire from there yourself.

Which charger should I pick?

18A for AGM starter systems. 30A for typical lithium setups — the most popular choice. XS 50A for large banks and fast recovery. If unsure, the 30A suits most campervans.

Can I add the loom later?

Yes — the 12V Wiring Loom connects to the same fuse box. Adding it later is a straight swap, no rework required.
