For elevating roofs, curved surfaces, and vans where a rigid array would be too heavy or too tall, this is the full solution: multiple flush-mounted panels feeding a pre-wired board that handles charging, fusing, and 12V distribution in one tested unit.

The board arrives with the MPPT controller installed and everything wired. You mount the panels flush, run the array cabling through the roof gland, connect your battery — and you have a complete low-profile solar system.

Is flexible right for a big array?

If weight or height rules out rigid panels — yes. If neither is a constraint, rigid panels give slightly better hot-weather efficiency at lower cost per watt. Flexible wins where the roof dictates it.

Which board variant for 4 flexible panels?

We size the board's MPPT controller to your array when you order — the panels connect in series, and the higher-capacity board variants are specified with the cold-weather voltage margin built in.

Can I add alternator charging later?

Yes — the board has a DC-DC input. Add an Orion kit and the board combines solar and split charge charging.

How do the panels mount?

Adhesive (Sikaflex or similar — not supplied) for most roofs, with optional mechanical fixings. Each panel is independent — one damaged panel doesn't affect the rest of the array.
