❓ FAQ

Is 30A too much for my battery?

The Blue Smart is adaptive — it only delivers what the battery will accept. A small AGM battery won't be overcharged; the charger reads its response and adjusts. 30A is about having headroom for big banks, not forcing current into small ones.

Will my campsite supply handle it?

UK campsite hook-ups are typically 16A (3.7kW). A 360W charger plus normal appliance use fits comfortably. You can also reduce the charge current via Bluetooth on tight supplies.

IP22 — where should it mount?

Under a seat, in a locker, or inside a cupboard — anywhere it won't be splashed. The charger produces some heat at full output, so give it a little breathing room.

Can I run an inverter from this kit too?
